In Step 5, the beer is ready to drink. At this point, after an in depth quality assurance program,  we cool the beer down really cold so all the yeast and hops can drop out leaving a sensational beer that’s ready to drink with friends, or family, or coworkers, or your mechanic, or my librarian. Finally, it goes in cans to take home, or kegs to pour at your favourite bars. 

Cans and kegs are the best vessels to ensure long lasting freshness as they seal up tight and block out any nasty light.
