Packaging and Delivery Lead

Dandy is looking for a Packaging and Delivery Lead to join us and help keep the brewery humming along. A key member of the brewery team!

As a small brewery, this is a unique but important position at Dandy. It is perfect for a team player who is looking to learn and develop with us as we grow!

Key responsibilities include:

• working on the packaging line

• overseeing the warehouse (including inventory management and invoicing)

• Order picking/packing (For DandyPop and DandyBrewing)

• delivery to our direct delivery accounts in the Calgary region.

Reporting to the production team the successful candidate will be an important point of contact between the financial functions, sales team, and production staff…helping to keep Dandy running smoothly. The hours of the job are Monday to Friday, with rare Saturday shifts (notice always given!) if needed.

Requirements

The right candidate will have/be:

• Over 18 years of age

• A valid class 5 license with a clean driving record. Candidate must be insurable.

• Strong communication skills

• Strong organization skills

• The ability to lift/move 50L keg once, and 50lbs repeatedly

Previous knowledge and appreciation of Craft Beer is always a bonus, but not at all required. Previous knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel are also sweet skills to have for this position.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $18-$20, 25-40 hours/week
